Do you accept returns or revisions?
If your clothing item(s) do not fit right, you can return it(them) to be altered free of charge. If you'd like to request an alteration to your order, or decide that you'd like to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of the initial agreement. Alterations may require a change in price. Canceling within 24 hours may or may not allow for a refund. You can return your item(s) once delivered, at any time, but you will not receive a refund.
What is the process like?
Once the initial agreement has been made, and the first payment has been received, the process of creating your outfit will begin. Once the second payment is received your item(s) will be shipped. You will also receive emails throughout the process about the progress of your item(s).
Can you pay in increments?
There are two payments--one after the initial agreement has been made to begin the process, and the other when the item(s) are complete.
